// ONE DAY INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP

Introduction To Canine Massage

About This Workshop

Enhance your dog’s health through a greater understanding. This workshop is a great day out for you and your dog. It is always in great demand so book early. This workshop is both a practical and theory session and is intended to introduce both handler and their dogs to the benefits of massage.

The course will give practical instruction to enable the application of three techniques and learn a little about what is under a dog’s skin. How massage can influence this, through the understanding of how mobility issues can impact on the dog’s general health as well both psychologically and physiologically, especially in cases of arthritis and many other issues affecting mobility.

Please note Vickie is also holding this workshop on Sunday 1st March 2020

I just wanted to write to let you know how much I enjoyed the one day workshop I attended last December on ‘Enhance the health & performance of your Canine Athlete’.

I found it a very good, interesting course and learnt a lot; the warm up exercise was particularly beneficial. My dog, Dodger competes in Simulated Coursing Events and canine massage is an important part of his preparation for these events. So far this year, he has had a very successful season, including winning the 32 dog stake championship at The Thame Country Show. This win has qualified him for a major final that is to be held later on in the year
